His argument against MU leaving, beside the stupid "less mouths to feed" bs that Petro has been mocking, was that it was harder to win conference championships in the SEC and MU should stay in the big 12 for that reason. When the whole KU/MU/KSU/ISU group was at risk of going to the Big East when Tex flirted with the PAC, he was advocating that it would be good.
