No.

They just intentionally executed a panic in order to

1. Maximize the number of refugees accepted by the American people. (and you can be sure they'll be plenty of terror cells imported intentionally in the process)

2. Maximize the profits of the military-industrial complex.

3. Maximize the chance for future war.

There was nothing 'right' about any of it - just satanism on the march.
