tenants no longer paying rent and you have no recourse? Since the terms of you’re lease agreement have essentially been shredded, can you explore other revenue sources? Can you rent the property to other tenants while your current remain and just tell them to coexist? Can you rent some of the space short term for people who want to have parties or possibly hourly to hookers?
