Last person I knew who didn't pay his taxes was a competitor. Always undercutting everyone on price. We wondered why his overhead could be so cheap where he could give shìt away. Didn't withhold taxes from his employees because he considered them "contractors". Didn't file Federal taxes for his business.

He did about 10 years in Federal prison.
