culture & compliance to be more NIL-friendly. That's a tricky yet necessary thing to do, and requires street smarts and personal skills more than anything else.

(3) Fund-raise for the AD, but also (perhaps discreetly and/or indirectly) encourage our boosters to fund NIL initiatives. That will be nuanced as well.

(4) Replace Cuonzo with the basketball-version of Drinkwitz. Someone like Eric Musselman.
