That's why we all have to wear masks and social distance AFTER the polio shot.

The vaccine prevents you from getting polio, but doesn't stop you from transmitting.

It's widely known that all previous vaccines have worked this way as well, we just never got around to implementing the 'clean room protocol' necessary to REALLY make everyone safe.

Thanks to Covid for clarifying this very dangerous situation.
