in the actual meat of what it is, it's the fact that it will be weaponized against kids that push back or don't accept it as dogma.
It was a blip in a criminal law class I took that was interesting but if you look at any structure through the lens of how it affects one group based on race/sex whatever you will find some sort of impact that doesn't work out for them.
