open positions and as a result have to take a new job at half your current salary that could be considered forced. Certainly forced to make a decision that isn't necessary for reasons of fact based science.

And it will be personal loss due to having to make the transition even if voluntary after a farce of a policy. I would imagine there will be a lot of court cases trying to recoup lost wages. Not sure there will be any success but it will cost taxpayers money for this sham. And likely the company will lose some of its better employees. Certainly their smarter ones
