I think he may take the easy fall for these allegations so the stink doesn't really hit the fan on the thousands of elderly he killed by placing them back into nursing homes instead of using the mercy ship and other temp hospitals set up for covid care.
I hope it becomes a very bitter and long, drawn out ****ing match, but my hunch is he'll go down quietly within a short amount of time, will be interesting to see it play out.
