retreat' is laughable.
No infrastructure, no resources, no roads (except easily blocked ones) and a bunch of foul oily water.
If anything ever did happen no one would be able to get to the lake and even if they did, they'd die there.
Just shows how ill-prepared most are for a true pandemic.
