First, the vax card stays in your wallet. Do you often lose your wallet? If you lose it, you go to where you got the shot and ask for another card. Also, store a picture of your card on your phone. Do you often lose your phone?

For the app, the vax provider provides your info so that you can load the app on your phone, so you don’t even need your card.

My kid said it took 5 minutes.
