its benefit, I'll believe it. If it does work, it will be if it's done in a population that gets tested the day of symptom onset and treatment started that day... unfortunately, people don't present for treatment intil they start getting worried about ongoing or worsening symptoms - which is a natural human response. I'm not going to go through the hassle of going to get tested if I'm just dealing with cold/flu symptoms that I can easily deal with at home.
