useless, and it seems like it could make things diplomatically difficult for whispering Joe Biden. Joe Biden’s beloved son, the good one, was given a high honor by the nation of Kosovo. A nation that is not recognized to exist by either Russia or China.
Kosovo watch something, of course. But what, and how will Biden provide it without offending his masters in Moscow and Beijing?
