more transmittable but less powerful. Remember, once upon a time, the goal was to prevent deaths. Do we care how many people catch the common cold every year? Have we worried in the past about the flu? With everything pre-covid the approach has always been to protect the vulnerable but otherwise let the virus run its course.

Why do we really care if cases are going back up from all time lows if there is no rise in the death rate?
