be heavy on production, 4 year with extensions based upon performance; wins and staying clean. Pay incentives for SEC position, NCAA appearances, NCAA tourney advancement, etc. I have no problem with hiring someone, and letting them go after 4 or 5 if they are failing. Some coaches just cant make the adjustment, some can, but AD's that stick by their man end up like Sterk, unemployed and not heralded by alum as a winner.
