Broke the record of donations in 2017 by raising $50.4m
Did it again in 2021 (during a pandemic) with $55.5m
Hired Drinkwitz (despite what some say about the BoC, Drink was hired under Sterk's watch)
Got the SEZ built, got plans in the works for the new Football Indoor Practice facility.
Fired Kim Anderson, Hired Cuonzo Martin, which has got the program out of cellar and into ground floor taking the Tigers to the tournament and having the team ranked last year.
(still a long way to go, but a better move than Kim Anderson)
Hired Larissa Anderson who has already had success in softball.
Re-ignited the Border War with kU.
Fired Gary Link.
