She is not a martyr. But there is no doubt in my mind had that been a BLM protest and her skin black, the reaction would have been the polar opposite. CNN would have shown the shooting tape almost non-stop for days. The entire mainstream media would be analyzing if the shooting was justified. And we would all know the identity of the cop that shot her. That difference is what helps to make her a martyr to some people.
