MU was finally adequately talented last year, good enough to be among the top in the SEC. Didn't have ideal depth but at least had the talent to compete, which we didn't utilize well and underperformed. I wouldn't say it was talented relative to pre-2014 MU squads. And I don't expect MU to ever have equivalent talent to last years team again during Cuonzo's tenure.
Transfers do count, I'm a big believer in building your roster through transfers. Its not applicable to the comment I made about top 100 players but obviously that was a limited way of looking at recruiting. I guess you could narrowly say that MU's high school recruiting since Cuonzo's first class has been a disaster.
