Amazing how many people come to full defense of the State and its agents without any thinking of how things actually happened.

If that person were harming someone else, I would have fully been behind the cop playing a protection and security role, with a preference of diffusing vs killing (like the one in Cleveland..I think). In this case, someone is just driving down the road, and thanks to stupid State rules, the cop starts an interaction that does not even need to occur. Try thinking with a bit of depth...which you may not be at all capable of anyways.
