was at this point and a good 13 points higher than Trump was midway through year one. So if all you look at is "approval", Biden is doing OK, better than Clinton and W - not as strong as Poppy or Reagan.

We are in the midst of hyper-partisanship that did not play so much 20, 30, 40 years ago.
