meating it is when a post is made about one party, then someone comes in to say "yeah, well the other side does it too" and makes some sort of equivalencies that may or may not be true, but had nothing much to do with the OP's point. It's not like he's the only person that does it, but it got so prevalent that you could set your watch to it for a while there.
