what we should think about.
I thought supreme Court justices were supposed to interpret the Constitution and apply it’s meeting to laws and legal decisions that have been appealed. But with a wise Latina on the bench, we can get lectures about issues on policing (even for white people), affirmative action, and the strike zone and baseball.
Her argument against not having affirmative action is typical of the lower standards wished for by the left. We might miss a Beethoven she said.
The current system is not perfect.
Our previous health system was not perfect.
Our criminal justice system is not perfect.
Our immigration system is not perfect.
The liberal solution is of course to throw them all in the trash and build a socialist utopia around all of those issues. Like The Idiot’s Cult of the unicorn, if we just put them in control, everything will be not just great as everything was… But perfect. Flawless.
Liberty, equality and fraternity. Or maybe better said as, “peace, land and bread”.
She revealed anything about her personal biases when she said, “young people of color living in a world with serious inequality of law enforcement.”
God help us when the socialists put some wise African-Americans, some brilliant transgender’s, and some genius American Indians on the bench.
The lectures will never stop.
