elections solely under the control of State Legislatures. A County has no role to play, save carrying out their duties, as assigned to it by the Legislature. Maricopa Co. violated their responsibilities and are trying mightily to avoid discovery a transparent audit process provides. Keep that in mind when you read their propaganda.
