do the job to the best of his ability (e.g. recruiting against us)... but while he's there, I'm definitely rooting AGAINST him and hoping that he fails miserably, since Arkansas is our main recruiting rival.
As the saying goes, it's not personal it's business (and I bet Odom feels the same way).
