'majority'...another vague term

If there were raw numbers in there for me to see year over year the race of 'mass shooters' I honestly missed it.
OK, just looked at the article again, and it's hysterical that you left the parenthetical phrase below out of your "quote" of the article.
Here is that paragraph in full:
"USA- Much has been made about the fact that a majority of mass shooters (if you don’t count a weekend night in Chicago) is that they are typically white males. One key factor that has been erased from the equation however is that most of them also lack a father figure in their lives."
In other words, the author is doing exactly what I said and discounting gang violence.
