I wonder if those are really the top 65 transfers

Seems heavily weighted towards major program players that are transferring. Generally these players are transferring because they are not getting enough court time where they are. I doubt if CBS sports really has a handle on the quality of players coming out of the lower tier programs in division 1. Other than stats, there's a lot of unknown about the players transferring out of the lower tier programs of division 1 - particular with respect to how they will do when they play in more competitive settings. I'd still say there's more randomness than predictability at this point.
