After Leons, the two most talented players in Region 16 are probably:

Sin Parker - Moberly scoring wing
Jesse Zarzuela - MSU-WP lead guard(w/ possible attitude)

Not sure where they project talent wise. Probably High-Mid major.

Leons is long and he uses his length well. He is also skilled and versatile...
