I have a relative that worked for a department that used to have 10 really good applications for every opening even 10 years ago. Last year they had to resort to begging for people on Facebook just to have warm bodies. And this is a department that pays very well compared to other departments in that area.

It's bad.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
