It goes back about 20 years. What percentage of the 4 star top 100 instate players have gone to Mizzou?
That’s why Mizzou has to develop. Because they haven’t landed the guys that were for sure going to be good. And the 2 that Mizzou did land both got hurt.
Mizzou has to win off of evaluation and development.
The 2021 class fits the profile. 3 fairly raw, but really athletic players in Durugodon, Brazile, Keita. 2 that are skill based players in Kaleb and Brookshire.
Filled the holes with transfers.
Now those players have to put in the work with the help of the coaches and develop.
I just don’t expect Mizzou to suddenly become a school that consistently recruits at the level to just go after the top 50 types.
