Lt. reportedly continued to drive until he found a lighted area before he stopped. The Cops were understandably irritated with him for refusing to immediately stop and responded aggressively. The Lt. shares responsibility, but the Cops crossed the line and should face discipline.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
