If after years of taking drugs and his various health problems, what are the odds that just at the moment he finds himself pinned under a cop all those health problems that hadn't killed him yet then just happen to do so?

Hint: The odds are incredibly small.

There is only one reasonable and rational conclusion to draw from that stat. I defy one to explain something else.

If the prosecution pointed this out it could ensure a conviction. I shoulda been a lawyer.
