But if I had a leaking valve, and as of today I could not get the proper fitting but had to choose between a roll of duct tape or a piece of chewed gum, I know the choice I would make while working to get the proper fitting. I would not refuse both because I could not get the best thing right now.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
