Is this how red flag laws work? Liberal Karen

has a fifth grade son in school. The son’s name is Susie.
Karen asks Susie to see whether his classmate Billy who often wears camouflage and NRA gear to school has guns in his home. Susie reports that Billy’s father has an AR 15.
Karen tells the police that Billy‘s father is unstable, unbalanced, and unemployed and is likely to start shooting up a shopping mall. Karen has no idea about Billy‘s father and wouldn’t know him if he sat in her living room.
So the police pay a visit to Billy‘s dad…
And then, empowered by that success, a whole pile of liberal Karen’s start calling the cops on all sorts of people they don’t like, accusing them of…Owning a firearm.
Not that nice sweet liberal Karen’s would ever do anything dishonest just for the cause of keeping their children safe from crazed gun toting conservatives. But is that scenario one that could play out with this new executive order?
