And the man has three times the lethal dose of drugs in his system. Meaning he is going to die from this overdose. And the cop without knowing that administers procedures that work and were taught at the police academy.

Murder or manslaughter?

What if the procedures were nothing more than putting the junkie in hand cuffs which caused an anxiety attack to the drug addled criminal? The Anxiety affect was huge given the criminals already impaired state.

The handcuffs caused the anxiety attack, the anxiety attack caused a heart attack, the heart attack killed him.
