by the same software that verifies bank signatures. About 50% have to be reviewed by bipartisan people and if they can't agree, it goes to a committee and if they can't agree, the voter is given 8 days to prove their ballot.
Ballots without a signature are never opened.
THe state has a constant cost of checking voter rolls against Driver licences rolls and---horror of horrors---removing people from the rolls.
Look JG, GA isn't the only state that purges people from the voter rolls.
