GA law allows for more than twice the mail-in voting time. You can request one between 80 and 11 days prior to the election. THat's 69 days of mail-in voting.
Colorado didn't send out the ballots till:
"This year’s ballots are expected to be delivered to voters the week beginning Oct. 12."- a total of 22 days to vote.
The GA law allows that much time than that for in-person early voting including at least 2 of the Sat & Sundays. "The absentee ballot request window is narrower, starting for most Georgians 11 weeks before the election and ending 11 days before."
CO could be counting votes for days, even weeks, after the election. GA law gets it done MUCH faster and at lower cost.
