They are no threat or danger (other than the liklihood of rape, robbery or murder) to any american citizen, right?
They have been screened for all other communicable diseases, right?

And um, kids means any male who claims he is not yet 18 years old. He needn't prove it, it's like voting. We use the honor system.
To not believe and trust foreigners who entered our country illegally would be racist.
