but it appear statistically rare. Like you said, we don't really know any more about the length of vaccine effectiveness than that.

What happens if over time, vaccines show to start losing their effectiveness at 8 months (insert whatever amount of time here, the length isn't the point)? Is it going to become like a 2nd driver's license that requires updating all the time?
