So even with a mail in option, you must use an ID to get a ballot? Also, you must go in to get your "free ID" with a plethera of requirements.

What if one works M-F from 8-5? What if someone is unable to move, or get to the various places to get ID or ballot?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
