In between basketball games, maybe 8:15 ish central time, I decided to order some food. Door Dash, no delivery available. Pizza places on over an hour wait. In the past, that would have been under 45 minutes for basically anything I wanted on a weeknight.

Dug in a bit more. Apparently a lot of restaurants and driving services are severely understaffed right now because the government keeps extending covid unemployment benefits so people are choosing to sit around and get paid instead of working. Even Uber/Door Dash drivers can get this.

It's extended out until September. Why? Anyone who wants a vaccine will be able to get it within 2 months. Many can get it now.
