the Ziden*-Harris Admin and cited several new initiatives focusing on benefiting minority farmers, exclusively. Oh, it didn't say black, hispanic or some other racial category. Racial minorities were referred in euphemistic code language. In effect AA farmers are going to get their reparations in the $billions under the new agricultural stimulus.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
