A few officers are definitely out of control power hungry a$$holes at times, and in statistically rare cases that has led to someone dying completely unnecessarily. Measures should be taken to where that never happens.

An angry mob doing literally billions of dollars in property damage should not be one of those measures. Just my opinion.
