simply not possible, even if your income exceeds the cap.

You can't do it. I guess you could request a letter from the Dept of the Treasury stating that a check was never issued in your name, but I'm sure they **** that up all the time.

So no, I don't want in on the bet because i don't want to make you even more broke than you'll be after you pay Ashtray.
