Possibly taking time and attention away from the job we pay

As a Christian he should know the following,

His actions undermine plainly stated doctrine. Equally clear, is that he violates Christ's explicit instructions, that as an individual you are not to point at others, but to be busy feeding the sheep (John 21), not trying to settle ancient wrongs, which is a forbidden practice. (Ezekiel 18).
"Behold, all souls are Mine;
The soul of the father
As well as the soul of the son is Mine;
The soul who sins shall die. ... Yet you say, ‘Why should the son not bear the guilt of the father?’ Because the son has done what is lawful and right, and has kept all My statutes and observed them, he shall surely live. The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not bear the guilt of the father, nor the father bear the guilt of the son."
I have zero obligation to answer for any wrongs committed by any of my ancestors, and no one has any right to reparations from me for wrongs committed in which I had no part.
He should do his job, do what God tells him to do, and not concern himself with duties assigned to others. If everyone did that, we would all move forward.
