Essentially what Republicans are saying in Georgia and nationwide is:
You’ll be herded into long voting lines if people like you (AA) tend to vote for Democrats and you must stand there for hours with no food or water or we’ll arrest those who try to ease your suffering.
But you can’t vote absentee, either, unless you jump through a series of hoops that we will make so onerous, it will make absentee voting all-but impossible.
If we still lose after doing all of that we’ll challenge every nonwhite voter and try to invalidate their ballots.
And if that still doesn’t work to put us in power we will simply change the results through the legislature.
