What I believe Swamp is getting at is that on the one had, you seem to make an argument in favor of property rights with "...the school is successful because they have rules." I believe you would agree that the owners of the private school have a right to make those rules and enforce them because it is their property/services.
But then you go on to sarcastically say "The only rules that matter are property rights and natural law. Everybody knows that."
So you are supporting the property rights of the school while simultaneously mocking property rights in general.
