Philosophically, term limits are anti-democratic

A people should be able to choose its leader. Another factor at play in this is that there are some 12 or 20 or some ridiculous number of full-time career lobbyists for every elected representative and having turnover in govt too often would be like feeding guppies to piranhas. \

I prefer having professionals in govt who know that business. Citizens United must be over-turned and a move to strictly publicly funded campaigns could kneecap the lobbyists pretty well.

I don't Octogenarians in our future either running for president.
