The skank is a moron, a ditzy valley girl cheerleader who nods her head like a bobble head doll to show how she agrees with, herself. The deep state doesn’t trust her with decisions. They might let her choose her own staff, but not much more than that.
As it now stands, the deep state has all of the authority and none of the responsibility. No accountability for anything they do.

And they will want clueless Joe Biden for as long as he is serviceable, because the really awful stuff has to be done by someone who, “isn’t there anymore“ when harris ascends the throne.
