Do you guys think Kevin McCarthy is a good leader?

Between the constant stepping over his own tongue to the whole awkward honesty over the fact that the GOP was railing Hillary Clinton over Benghazi purely to effect her chances at winning the election. It's amazing this guy is in charge over there.
