are a racist. It is a way to shut down conversation if it is not going the direction someone wants it to.
Example: if someone brings up the number of AAs killed by police and suggest that police are hunting AA men, if you bring up crime statistics suggesting that AA men commit more crime and that whites are statistically more likely to be killed in police altercations you will be accused of racism. Statistics cannot be racist. Either what you said was factually correct or it is not. If they accuse you of racism it is because they know your facts are correct and they have no counter argument. But accusing you of racism ends the discussion without admitting that they have no response.
